I made this practice cake so I'd know how to do it for Kaia's birthday pictures. Then Zoë and Chet wanted us to sing Happy Birthday to them and blow out candles!
Zoë has been a great "help" with laundry lately...one of these days I'm going to have to teach her how to fold the clothes correctly!
Shake it out.....
Fold it up and press on it.....
Place it neatly in the pile.....

On Labor Day, while our guys were out hunting elusive animals, the girls and I went over to Shelley's and had a play day!

I love the pictures of Zoe helping with the laundry! I just told Joe the other day that if I had as much fun doing the laundry as Chloe did helping me, he'd never be looking for clean undies! :)
