Here we go a lambing

Last week Shelley and the boys and me and the girls met Martha and her boys in Corvallis at the OSU sheep research center to check out the lambing process. No ewes had any babies while we were there but it was neat to see all the animals and watch the babies find their mamas in a crowd of about 20 or so. It was very cold and I hadn't brought Zoe a warm enough sweater or coat but she still had fun and enjoyed watching all the baby sheep.

Sheep are really not very gentle. The lambs are so rough when they are nursing their mamas that I really can't complain about those first couple weeks nursing Zoe and Kaia. At least they didn't use their heads to punch me every time they were hungry!

We had a lot of fun after the sheep excursion! Martha knew of this pizza place in Corvallis that had this amazing play-land for the kids! We let them run around for about 2 hours and wear off all their energy and then it was nap time when we got home!

Umm...NO CLIMBING Chet!

Zoe loved this slide since its just her size

The area with the balls was locked but Zoe still did her best to try and get through!
